Lahpet London Opening
In July 2016 I started helping Lahpet - back then a street food stall in Maltby Street Market - with their social media. Since then, they developed rapidly. A pop-up venue in Helmsley Place, Hackney, was transformed into a kitchen that served thousands of customers within a year. Airy warehouse charme, minimalistic interior and great Burmese food were key to their success. They laid the foundation for their success: Starting a kitchen at Old Spitalfields Market and opening a permanent site just around the corner from Boxpark in Shoreditch. The opening will be tonight, after intense four months of setting up.
